Sync between devices buggy

Love the app, I have an iPhone 4 and an iPad and syncing between these two devices does not work well. I can enter water on the phone then open the iPad at the end of the day only to find it the table empty, then open the phone again only to find the days efforts entered on the phone have now been replaced with the empty info from the iPad. This is frustrating, I will have to delete the app on my iPad until syncing is fixed.
